As a result of the current geopolitical situations and the impacts they are having on the world economy, particularly current and future possible impacts on supply chain, logistics, production capacity and travel Hort Americas is forced to implement the following measures:
1. Hort Americas cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and times, but will do our best to maintain agreed to schedules and plans.
2. Hort Americas reserves the right to re-evaluate all orders and scheduling agreements based on ever changing local, state, federal and international guidelines and restrictions.
Product Terms & Conditions apply to any accepted offer or quotation between Hort Americas (“Seller”) and GE Current, a Daintree company (as “Manufacturer”) and the Customer(s) identified in the accepted offer for Products and/or services identified therein (collectively “Products”).
SALE ITEMS – All sale items sales are final. No returns.
RETURNS – Product returns will be accepted within three months of original shipment date. No material may be returned without prior authorization from our office. Freight charges and a restocking charge of 30% are charged on all returns unless merchandise is defective (minimum charge CAD$100.00). Please call us to arrange return of merchandise. Special order items or items made to specification cannot be returned due to their special nature. Items must be in their original, and unopened box (for non-defective items)
